Success in Daily Living
One of the concerns that the men who take our classes face is a decrease in strength and muscle mass. It is a side effect of many of the treatments they are prescribed. It is so very rewarding to me to watch them regain confidence in their bodies while in the Journey Program and afterwards.

The Continuing Journey
One of my favorite classes to teach and the one that I am most proud of is my Monday Continuing Journey Class. The continuing classes we offer are specifically designed for our graduates. They are geared to keep them in the healthy habit of regular exercise. This particular class is made up of a group
